• Obtain County Clerk Certifications when necessary

• Obtain State Authentication for each of your dossier documents

• Obtain US Department of State Authentication when necessary

• Obtain Consulate/Embassy Authentication from the country of your adoption

• Assemble and label your photographs for dossier submission**

• Obtain Birth, Marriage, and/or Divorce Certificates as needed***

• Assist you in obtaining documents which can only be obtained by you

• Review documents for accuracy and consult your agency for review

• Scan and email a copy of your completed dossier to both you and your agency (most agencies require you to send them a copy of your completed dossier)

Fee may be higher if adoptive parents live outside the US.
